Collagen Stimulators
Biostimulator products such as PLLA and CaHA, used to stimulate collagen production.
- COLLAUM — COLLAUM is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) product by APROMEDION (Korea), classified in Korea as a tissue-repair medical device. COLLAUM 120 contains 50 mg PLLA and COLLAUM 240 contains 100 mg.
- ELLANSE — A polycaprolactone (PCL)-based injectable made by AQTIS Medical in the Netherlands, composed of PCL microspheres and a CMC gel. Ellansé M is one type within the series.
- ETREBELLE — A powder combining polylactic acid and hyaluronic acid, made by REGENBOGEN of South Korea and classed in Korea as a medical device (tissue-repair biomaterial). Offered in 50 mg and 200 mg vials, which use different reconstitution volumes.
- GOURI — A microparticle-free, fully liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) injectable developed by Dexlevo of South Korea using its proprietary CESABP technology. It received CE marking as a medical device in 2021.
- McCOOM — A PLLA-based skin booster (McCoom7) from SACCI Bio, built around spherical poly-L-lactic acid particles 30–50 μm in size. It is often presented in combination with RF microneedling devices.
- MIRACLE — A 20% polycaprolactone (PCL) solution from DEXLEVO of Korea, packed as 5 × 2 mL vials. MiracleH adds 1% hyaluronic acid, while MiracleL contains no HA.
- OLIDIA — A poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) product made by South Korea's PRP Science, supplied as a lyophilized powder for reconstitution. The Olidia 365 vial contains 150 mg PLLA together with CMC and mannitol.
- PinkLLA — A product from Korea's Oreon Life Science: a 100 mg powder combining PLLA particles with polynucleotides, vitamin C and glutathione, reconstituted with saline before use.
- SCULPTRA — A poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) injectable made by Galderma. It is a lyophilized powder of PLLA microparticles with carboxymethylcellulose and mannitol, reconstituted with sterile water before use.
- ULTRACOL — An injectable from Korea's ULTRA V made from polydioxanone (PDO), the absorbable suture material, processed into microparticles. Supplied as lyophilized powder in vials in 100 and 200 presentations (the 200 vial holds 200 mg, of which 150 mg is PDO).
